At Beejveda, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to provide the best customer experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Products: Due to the nature of our products, items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Exclusions: Perishable goods, products on sale, or those purchased with a discount are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at beejveda@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, details of the issue, and video of the damaged or defective product if applicable.
- Share the Proof: We request you to share the video recording on unboxing and the issues with the product. If it found genuine we will accept the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Conditions for Return
For a product to be eligible for return:
- It must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, and a video recording must be provided.
- You will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if the product is returned damaged or in a condition different from its original state.
5. Exchanges

6. Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
- Refunds for Canceled Orders: If you manage to cancel your order before it ships, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
