How the Beejveda export process works
Four steps from first inquiry to shipment on the water: Request a Quote, Sample Approval, Contract & Terms, Production & Shipment.
Request a Quote
Submit product, quantity and destination via our RFQ form. We respond with pricing and lead time within 24 hours.
Sample Approval
We send a physical sample and spec sheet for your quality team to verify before you commit to a full order.
Contract & Terms
We confirm FOB terms, payment terms and packaging, then issue a proforma invoice for your payment.
Production & Shipment
We process, pack and ship your order, sharing tracking and export documentation throughout.
Loaded and dispatched from our Mandsaur facility
Once your order is packed and documentation is ready, it's loaded and dispatched by road to the port of loading — Mundra or Nhava Sheva — for container stuffing and onward shipment. We share tracking details as soon as the truck leaves our facility.
What payment terms does Beejveda accept?
We work on 50% advance with the remaining 50% paid before shipment, by SWIFT bank transfer (Wire Transfer / T/T) — the standard method for international B2B trade. We do not accept Letter of Credit (L/C) initially.
| Stage | Payment | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| On order confirmation | 50% advance (T/T) | Secures the production slot |
| Before shipment | 50% balance (T/T) | Paid before goods are dispatched |
Which Incoterms does Beejveda support?
Beejveda ships FOB (Free on Board) — you arrange ocean freight and insurance from the Indian port of loading.
FOB (Free on Board)
