FAQs
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for export orders?

MOQ varies by product — 1 metric ton for ashwagandha powder, 5 metric tons for ashwagandha root and sesame, and 10 metric tons for chia and quinoa. Larger volumes get better per-unit pricing.

Are samples available before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We send a physical sample with a spec sheet for your quality team to verify before any bulk commitment.

What payment terms do you accept?

50% advance to confirm the order and 50% before shipment, by SWIFT bank transfer (Wire Transfer / T/T) — the standard method for international B2B trade. We do not accept Letter of Credit (L/C) initially.

What is the typical lead time from order to shipment?

Typical production and packing lead time is 2–4 weeks after contract confirmation, depending on quantity.

Which certifications does Beejveda hold?

GST registration, an FSSAI Registration, IEC certification and APEDA registration are all in place.

Do you provide lab test reports or certificates of analysis?

Yes — purity and moisture data ship with every lot, and certificates of analysis are available on request.

What packaging options are available?

Standard options are 25kg and 50kg dual-layer export bags, with custom private-label packaging available on request.

Which Incoterms do you support?

We ship FOB (Free on Board) — you arrange ocean freight and insurance from the Indian port (Mundra or Nhava Sheva).
